Would not stay here again!

Never been harassed more! Was running late and told the staff who literally came into our room at 10:45 am, Fifteen minutes prior to checkout, and told them we needed a late checkout! Following this we got more phone calls and knocks on our door! Had to go down to the front desk to pay $50 per hour for a late checkout! Not sure why they couldn’t just charge the card that I swiped at check in when told them at 10:45 am!! Would never ever stay here again!!!

The air worked great. The beds were super comfortable. It was quiet and private. It could’ve been a little cleaner, the water pressure was very low, and two out five front desk staff were extremely rude.

My room had mold on the curtains, and my sheets were stained. I took pictures to show. I went to the front desk to show what transpired in my room and a African American lady did not get her name was very rude. She did not acknowledge me and gave me an attitude as if I was bothering her. I immediately asked to speak to the manager who then came out to assist me. He was a very nice gentlemen. All of other front desk agents were pleasant except this one lady. She does not smile and does not have a welcoming attitude. I went back to the front desk the following day because I was promised that my room would have received a deep cleaning but they used the same sheets on the bed (the room attendant only flipped the sheet so the stains were not visible.

Excellent room with a huge shower. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the airport, particularly with the free shuttle. Good location with free breakfast and two other restaurants nearby for dinner. Front desk staff were not very friendly and mostly disengaged.
