Very nice hotel. Good location,but only one elevator for 5 floors of rooms. No one at front desk when we arrived, when he appeared 8 minutes later no apology. Therefore poor check in. Room not serviced during our stay

My room was not properly cleaned. Washcloths from previous guests were left in the room. Bedding did not seem to be changed at all. There was hair all over the bedding from previous guests. The floors had not been swept. When I requested to move rooms because of the lack of cleanliness the staff did not apologize or ask any questions about the state of the room. I did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Photos are deceiving when it comes to the state of the facility and breakfast options available.

Just right

Like every other time I have stayed at a Hampton Inn, this one was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free hotel breakfast was nothing to get excited about, but most free hotel breakfasts aren’t, so I wasn’t really bothered by that. The only hitch in my stay was the fact that I apparently got checked in before I even arrived, so I had to wait in the lobby while they went to my room to make sure there wasn’t someone else in it. They were understanding and apologetic about it. They were also very helpful when I left and then realized I forgot to check out at the front desk, so they were able to handle it over the phone.
