The ideal accommodation for my wife and I in every way. Andrew and Paola were wonderfully hospitable and attentive hosts and they went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Our room was large, cool (important given heatwave conditions outside!), spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and location-wise the residenza couldn't have been more convenient. We will certainly return!

This was an amazing place to stay—especially for our first time in Florence! We were so happy with the owners and how they run this place. Don’t be confused by the pictures, every room is a fully functioning room with private bathroom and spacious! The beds were comfortable, the cleaning service was amazing, and overall it was the perfect stay. It’s right in front of Pitti Palace, a huge attraction which is lovely and makes it easy to navigate through the area. Thank you again for such a lovely time!

Fun in Florence

Andrew and Paula were right there to greet us and very helpful throughout our stay. We were grateful for the elevator. Our room was quite small and had little room for luggage. The step up to the bathroom was easy to forget, but we had no incident. The bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the common room when we wanted just to relax. The location is great. We walked across Ponte Vecchio a couple times each day. The Pitti Palace is right across the street with Boboli Gardens behind it. Everything was within walking distance.

This is not a hotel. There is no lobby or reception. Check-in was inconvenient; the manager messaged me all weekend, wanting to know exactly what time I was arriving, so that he could meet me at the property. I thought I had booked a hotel, so that I would not have to worry about exactly when I arrived, but this was not the case.
