Horrible! Incorrect address

Address mentioned on the booking is not the right address, you have to walk on the street like crazy and then someone (if you are lucky) will tell you that owner sits at different address. Owner doesn't (want to) speak English at all.. it's very difficult to communicate. I mean Zero English.. You can't ask for anything. Next, hotel room can be on the 3rd floor or fourth floor and there is no elevator. Bathroom is outside the room. AC hardly does any cooling and you won't get any fan. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

No elevator, air conditioner doesn’t work, bathroom are separated in shared area, dark stair case and owner doesn’t speak a single word of English. It was absolutely terrible night spent

The location was good Just to acess the private bathroom Allocated to the room you had to exit the room and go to the washroom from outside which was a bummer but the price was excellent

For the price and very close to all the places you would want to visit. Food and city Center at walking distance. The only improvement needed is a fan in the room because the AC barely works. The cleaning lady did a good job daily. Still a good deal for the price and i will come again.

Deben usar algo para evitar tantos mosquitos en la habitación y arreglar la puerta del baño que pueda abrir hacia afuera y no hacia adentro ya que es difícil entrar

This hotel is gross. It smells like sewage, the bathroom has black mold, mosquitoes buzzed around our ears all night, and the bedding looks to be at least 30 years old. You have to check in offsite but he was friendly (though didn’t speak any English). The park across the street is really sketchy and the neighborhood feels unsafe.

Great location. You get a bed with clean sheets. Warm water in the shower. What can you possibly complain about at the price of 50 euros. Nothing. Great communication with the host.

Place and owner were very nice.The only thing our room was by the street in the morning was noisy. But the location is great you can walk to everything.

The pictures posted dont reflect the actual conditions of the rooms. I dont know how this hotel was rated bit it doesnt even match the requirements of 1 star hotel. If i was able to find another place for my family and my brothers we would have left directly without even checking in.

I Would Stay Again

We got there hours too early. They let us have a room in their property next door right away. Very friendly. Good breakfast. The lady speaks English. The older man doesn't, but he was very friendly and tried hard to communicate.

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming! Great location within walking distance to many of the main museums and galleries. Spacious room, not fancy but comfortable. Windows don’t have screens so if you want them open, bring repellent. The water pressure isn’t great but it gets the job done. Good breakfast - cereal, toast, yogurt and croissants. I definitely recommend!

>Upon entering the building, it had a bad sewer smell the wife and grandsons did not like. (Suggest keeping the basement door closed - or air freshness odder control at entrance.) >The owners staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating to us! >It helped considerably that one of his staff spoke fluent English! >In all - pleasurable stay in FIRENZE!!
