Rare exclusive loft in Florence

This place can only be a love at first sight ! It is super bright and cosy, with windows of 5M high ! It is nested within a porch (complete silence from the street and utmost security) near to Porta Romana and the Boboli gardens, thus close to the very center of the city but away from the crowd and the noise. Everything is at hand, small shops, bars, restaurant and local transports. It is out of the ZTL zone thus more convenient to park your car.
The apartment is on the first floor (no lift), armoured door.
Ground floor : huge open living space (entrance, living room, dining space and kitchen(fully equipped), big windows all around, hugeTV screen (Netflix, You tube etc), electric fire place, special mention for the lighting (niches and beams), air conditioning, a big room with king bed, a bathroom with double sink, led mirror, Italian shower & toilet, utility room (washing machine, iron, freezer), spiral stairs to go to the upper floor.
Upper floor : one big room with a double bed, clawfoot bathtub, small sink & toilet, one single bed.
NB : there is no access to the office for the moment as the stairs are in construction, air conditioning., roof window.

It was a stunning apartment in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.The stairs, however felt quite hazardous with the kids.One of the beds was effectively in the bathroom so the set up didn't quite work when we were all there.

Beautiful and fun stay

Our family enjoyed this unique apartment. The kids stayed in the loft and enjoyed being on their own level. (I wouldn't have tiny kids up there, but great for our 13 and 10-year-olds). The swing chair was also a hit! The place was nice and quiet in a nice neighbourhood away from the really touristy parts of Florence. A bus stop is right across the street if the 20ish minute walk into the main tourist areas of Florence is too much. The space was bright and beautifully decorated. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only tiny negative from my family was how bright it was in the mornings but that got us up and moving early. I feel like we made a great choice staying here.

Beautiful and unique property

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very near the Porta Romana so it is easy to find places from there. The entire walls of the living room are glass filling the room with light. The fixtures and appliances seem mostly new and gave no problems. There are about 30 steps coming up the apartment from the street and the circular staircase between the floors my be a challenge for people with limited mobility. Limited closet space.

L’appartement est vraiment très beau, décoré avec goût. Très bien placé pour visiter Firenze. Loin de la cohue du centre ville et de très bon restaurant dans lesquels se côtoie locaux et touristes!La communication a été parfaite, très réactive.
