This was a very nice hotel in an area close enough to be an easy walk to the city center. The only negative was the room size (double) was quite small without enough shelf space to fully open our carry-on sized suitecases. On the other hand, the breakfast was exceptional with the only Starebucks quality americano coffee that we had in Italy.

We had a pleasant experience right from the start. Allegra checked us in and gave us a map with insights on the most important areas to visit as we walked through Florence. The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay that is in the heart of the city then this should be high on your list. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was very clean, perfectly located in the middle of Florence, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, and there are plenty of amazing restaurants just steps away. Highly recommend!

The front desk is very friendly and helpful every time. The bathroom is newly renovated and is what you would expect. It is close to the train station and can walk to the hotel. Stores and historical places are walkable.

Clean, well kept and great location

Large rooms, well furnished, clean and modern. Facility over all is well kept with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Location is very central, just a short walk from the central station and several main attractions.

If you are a world traveler.. disregard all of these poor reviews. These people are complaining about things that dont really matter to anyone but karen americans. I stayed in room 10, nice balcony... and the absolute coldest air conditioning ive ever seen in all of europe. The hotel was easy to find, less than 5 minutes from train station. Lots of food choices right outside the door. I would only recommend this hotel to friends from here on at.
