The location was in the rougher side of Florence although in just a few blocks you were at SMN Doumo. The hotel was older and "rough." But we only needed a one night stay.

シングルの部屋からダブルの部屋にアップグレードしていただき、テラスまで付いていて快適に過ごせました。 フィレンツェ駅より5分くらいで到着しますが入口が少しわかりにくかったので駅から歩いて右側に注意してください。朝食は種類も多くて良かったです。EVには7時からと貼ってあったのに、7時に会場に行くと7時30分からとなっていて扉が閉まっていました。 係の方が到着する時間により多少ばらつきがあるようです ホテル代が高価な夏のイタリア観光地で満足価格で泊まれました

This hotel is nice but is too small and the main enter is really bad, the good thing is near to the train station and the Main Street. I requested handicap room and didn’t have it and they don’t tell me.

Everything was generally good, except for the frequent issues with the WiFi. Most of the time, it didn’t work, and when I complained a few times to the lady at reception, her response was unprofessional—she acted as if it wasn’t a big deal and dismissed my concerns, ultimately leading to higher charges for rooming data. I would recommend requesting a higher floor, as the first floor, where my room was located, is quite crowded and noisy due to the hotel’s location in a commercial area. On a positive note, both gentlemen at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
