Hotel is conveniently located five minute walk to train station and ten minutes to Domo, Ponte Vecchio Bridge, major tourist attractions, shops and dining options. Room was well laid out, clean, spacious, comfortable with towel warmer, bidet, mini fridge and good WiFi. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of pastries, fruits, yogurts, hot / cold items and numerous coffee selections. Staff were friendly, helpful and house cleaning was very good. Hotel was very considerate in providing coffee, biscuits, etc. for pre-dawn flight. Wife enjoyed numerous artwork displays throughout. Highly recommend accommodation and would definitely stay here again

For families espacially 2 adults + 2 or 3 kids total 5 , room conditions is very fine for 5 to stay . I like the staff and rooms espacially and we were so happy , breakfast need it to improve but it s enough too.. and elevetor condition can be improved. Walking destination from main train station , and very close the historicall places within between 5 min to 15 min maximun by walking

Hotel is close to main train station 5-10 min walk. Room was large and clean.staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options. There are restaurants right outside the hotel for food options and it's close by to shops and main tourist attractions by walking

breakfast was better than some american brand hotels. not the basic amenities in the room, like electric hot water kettle, closet space. the bathroom was without a sink basin or counter space put your toiletry.

A 5 minute walk to the train station but away from the noise and business of the station area. Easy walking to most old city sights. Great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Coded safe in every room. Beds were very comfortable.

Very clean, nice staff, excellent continental breakfast... however we were placed in a room with an unheated bathrroom and a set of stairs inside our room which we had to use to access the loft area. Since we are older, this meant going up and down freezing cold stairs and using basically a very nice unheated outhouse before scaling all those stairs to the bedroom (which was hard to keep warm with an unheated lower level below.) The website pictures certainly did not show that.
