Very unique and comfortable hotel in the perfect location. The private cigar room on site was a highlight for me and my husband. The amenities in the hotel were well thought out and the gym sauna was a bonus.

Great hotel in a great location

A lovely well kept hotel in clean condition. Centrally located. Breakfast room has lovely rooms and tall windows. Staff were friendly and polite.

This was a great location, only a five minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Check-in was seamless. The staff at front desk was friendly and helpful. The change of pace from Rome was very welcome. Staff had a ready list of restaurant s and were crucial to getting us a reservation last minute. The room was spacious. Loved the bath and soft gentle music. Definitely recommend! Our favorite hotel of our trip.

What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too. I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff. The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence. Wonderful stay- we will be back!
