The hotel has all the essentials you need for a great trip to Florence. The room had air conditioning, which was such a blessing in the heat. It is very close to most of the sites, meaning, if you get too hot, just pop back for a break in the air conditioned room. It is very close to the train station also. The staff were lovely. The room also had a lovely balcony.

Very nice quaint hotel for the price. Air conditioning here worked better than any other place we stayed in Italy. Close to everything anyone would want to walk to. Only caution would be that Expedia and Travelocity says it has free breakfast but it does not. Also, if you are mobility impaired it would be very difficult getting up and down the stairs. Otherwise it was great. The owner gave us the best recommendations to eat!

The property was great- a little older but right in central downtown. The gentleman running the front desk was so helpful and kind. He was a wealth on knowledge and so helpful. We were so tired when we arrived and he was able to order us a taxi and help us with whatever we needed. The room was small- but if you don’t care- it’s perfect to drop your bags and explore!

Great location, clean room. I did not like that , they make me pay charges for damaged room key! This was not professional as they are running what supposed to be a hotel with rental apartments mentality!!! That should not have happened in a hotel like property.

Staff were super nice. They helped us with our luggages given the amount of stairs. The room we had was really small but the AC worked great. The walls were being patched or something since the baseboards and the trimming around the doors looked unfinished and chipped all over. Super small bathroom but clean at least. Pretty close to a lot of shops and food.

The hotel was extremely well located for all of our sightseeing. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and found delicious dining options within a very short distance. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful and provided suggestions for dining and shopping. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location ,close to downtown .lot of choices when it gets to dinning and shopping . We felt very safe .the stuff is amazing and very helpful . The only issue if you stay in the upper floors is there is no elevator
