Great location - so close to Roma Termini. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tiny rooms that are clean, and on the older side of decor. Fair value for the great location and helpful service. I was able to keep my luggage there without charge until my next adventure.

The property is nice, it's slightly older but facilities and staff are amazing. Breakfast was very nice too. The only drawback is it's close to the street so at night you might hear traffic and noise. Other than that, it's convenient, only minutes away from train station and major attractions are walkable.

All three reception staff members where pleasant, courteous and helpful. Roney was the first to recieve us and recomended a local trattoria which was excellent local food. In fact when we arrived they asked if we had a reservation. Once we showed the hotel card Roney gave us...they treated us as locals which we appreciated very much. Only a one night stop but 100% worth it.

Traditional, independent hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and made our visit very enjoyable. Recommendations for restaurants and gelato were spot on! The room itself was spacious and comfortable for 4 but it was a little rough around the edges in places. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the train station and between 10-20 to all the other main attractions Florence has to offer. Would recommend as a good value hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and really comfortable beds and good AC. Breakfast was great as it was also part of a cafe so decent coffee. Just a few minutes from the station and nearby to the main attractions, it was really good value for a base to explore the city. They also let customers store the luggage after the stay for free which was brilliant. Would definitely return here
