The hotel property, staff and cleanliness were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a nice continental breakfast and prepared your coffee to order. What we didn’t like was there was not a restaurant on site for dinner…some nights you just want to stay in with a drink and dinner but there cafe was closed after lunch, despite website claiming they had restaurant/bar on site for dinner.

Amazing experience! Albie and Cosmin were exceptional. Perfect location, walkable and accessible, train station is less than 5 minutes and an easy walk with luggage. Lift inside the hotel, great WiFi and air conditioning. The hotel is simple, bathroom was fairly large. Overall we will definitely return, but especially because we enjoyed Albie and Cosmin!

Very nice staff, walkable to many places to dine. Small but it was expected. They held our bags the day we checked out for free. Don’t miss the free breakfast! They have a legitimate breakfast bar!

Bugs in the room, and it was quite dirty and very tiny for the price. The furniture and bathroom were too old and needs an upgrade especially for being this expensive. I do not recommend unless you’re okay with paying for an old place.

As is the case with most travel experiences for us, we always try to look for places that have outstanding people. We had not experienced this property but because of its convenient location to downtown Florence as well as proximity to the airport with only a 15-minute ride in the wee hours of the morning, we decided to give it a chance. It did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and meant Ronny followed up with Albie at the front desk we knew we made a great choice. We decided to have a quick cappuccino at the attached Bar next door and ended up eating a bite of lunch there. The service from Cosmin and especially Ermira was simply amazing. While the room itself was a very typical European Hotel room that was small but adequate it was clean and appointed with Basics you need. In any event we will always vote for experience and cleanliness and this hotel was a great choice for us. We would also be remiss in our responsibility as a review writer to not mention Blaze who was there in the wee hours of the morning and knew that we would miss breakfast because of our early departure so he was kind enough to make us cappuccinos. Thank you Blaze

It was so wonderful to walk 2 minutes from the train station to the hotel and then to receive such a warm welcome. The bed and the Breakfast was the best we have had in 2 weeks travel. The dinner recommendation was spot on.

The staff was particularly great. Very friendly and helpful. They even booked a tour for us and we had a great time. Very convenient location. Very near the train station and we walked to all of the main sites from the hotel.

Convenient Location

We used this hotel as our base camp, asking the hotel staff to keep our laege luggage for a few days while we went from Florence to Venice, and from Florence to Cinque Terre. The staff are all kind and very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but it is reasonably priced with complimentary breakfast and it is located very near to Firenze SMN train staion, we are very glad to have chosen this hotel.
