cozy and clean apartment!

It is a nice apartment in general. But I find the shower area a bit small, the wifi was unstable and the narrow staircase can be a challenge with huge heavy luggage. However, the owner had kept the apartment clean and provided variety of complimentary snacks for the guest.

Keep in mind the extra fees which added $80 Cad to the bill for two nights. Great location but you should do normal check in because I had to wait 30 mins at the door to get my message to be sent to the manager to unlock the door as wifiI didnt work well there. There is at least a restaurant accross that has wifi. So for thatthe, not the greatest checkin experience.

Great beds

Great room for a family. We were able to cook a good breakfast and dinner at half the cost of a restaurant. The beds were wonderful, soft and comfortable. They let us stay a little later because of our train tickets but we made those arrangements before the stay. Really close to the train and sights. Friendly staff. A little scary going up and down the ladder to the loft but I felt like little house on the prairie lol.

Pessima esperienza e pessimo servizio

Pessimo, sono arrivato vs le 18 e ho dovuto attendere 1 ora per poter avere accesso con check in on line. Quando sono entrato ho trovato un disastro, bagni sporchi (peggio che alla stazione, vi risparmio le foto), letto sfatto, fazzoletti per terra, stoviglia sporche, capelli in ogni dove...ero scioccato. Foto sul sito Non sono quelle dell'appartamento!!! Con una neonata di 10 mesi è stato un grosso problema, la struttura ha mandato 2 ragazzi a pulire solo dopo 1 ora e mezza, siamo così dovuti uscire di casa fino alle 21...assistenza telefonica pessima, Non abbiamo neppure un rimborso sulla pulizia finale (costo 40€), visto l'inconveniente sarebbe stato il minimo!, pessima gestione del problema. Non lo suggerisco!

Отличное месторасположение, интересный дизайн квартиры. Можно взять с собой еще двух человек, раскладной диван позволяет комфортно спать. Есть все для сна и возможности приготовить ужин. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности.

Nice and helpful apartment owner

The apartment owner help our family to solve a big problem when we were in Florence since we made a mistake when booking the apartment. The location of the apartment was a bit long walk from the train station but you can walk to the attractions by foot.

Muy bien.

Muy bien en general. Es un apartamento muy buen estado y muy bien ubicado (Estudio, en Av San Gallo4). Podíamos cocinar o hacer desayuno. Podría mejorar la relación calidad precio, sobre el cargo de 40 euros por limpieza, que nos pareció exagerado.

Ottima posizione e qualità, ma difficile dormire.

Ottima la posizione e la qualità dell'appartamento. Dotato di tutto e ben curato. Bagno ottimo: pulito, completo di tutto (compreso phon). Riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante, locali ampi e letto molto comodo. Cucina completa di angolo cottura nuovo, divano e tavolo. Peccato per l'insonorizzazione: vi sembrerà di "dormire" insieme ai vicini (causa porta comunicante con altro appartamento) e in compagnia dei ragazzi che fino a tarda ora frequentano i locali sottostanti. Ma se beccate vicini tranquilli e serate tranquille tutto sarà ottimo, la comodità di avere un vero e proprio appartamento, è di gran lunga superiore a soggiorni in alberghi pluristellati. Consigliatissimo
