The staff at Drom Florence are fantastic and helpful. The courtyard is beautiful. While it's close to all the attractions, it's a quiet refuge from the bustle of Florence.

The property is charming and the owner and staff were very friendly. Claudia took extra time to explain the parking rules to us and helped to answer any questions. We thought there was a big green space across the street but it turns out its a private property. The street was much less busy than the old downtown core, however, it was still pretty busy with traffic all day. This is very typical for the area. The outside seating area is nice to have a visit in the sun. The courtyard is shared between all the rooms. We did not get to use the kitchen as we only booked one of the rooms, but we had to pass through the kitchen to get to our room so that was a bit weird. In the photos it appeared that we would have an "inside outside feel". The room was visually "pretty" but it lacked any extra to make it feel comfortable. A headboard would be nice, the bed was nothing special, the side tables are tippy and there is not enough room to set things down. The bathroom has a good layout for the small space but there was a lot of dust built up on the higher accent pieces. Attention to detail was missing. With these few minor complains of the room, I would still recommend this space to others due to the proximity to everything we wanted to see in Florence, as well as the fabulous service from Claudia. They provide instant coffee in the morning and there are nearby cafes to enjoy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The listing pictures were exactly like our room and the courtyard is absolutely adorable!! The rooms are within a locked automatic gate, but the area itself felt very safe and walkable. There is no smoking on the premises, which I didn’t notice until I arrived but it was easy to step outside of the property if needed. There are several parking options available if needed, as it is located within a residential/restricted parking area. We used a parking garage down the street, about two blocks away, and they were affordable and kept the vehicle in a safe area overnight. Claudia was such a warm and welcoming host, when we go back we will definitely be wanting to stay here again!!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

This is by far the best hotel I have been to in years. Claudia is a darling. She was in touch with us the whole time and dropped by to say hello. Antonio is extremely helpful. This is truly a home away from home. I am definitely coming back to Florence and I will be staying here 100%. This time for more days though. Highly recommended. I wish I could give it 20/10

Located in a quiet area but relatively close to the main tourist areas and easily walkable. Breakfast was nice and they bring it to your room. Communication with the host was easy, done through whatsapp. Staff were all very kind. The room was large and had a nice size washroom. Air conditioning worked well, we had comfortable sleep. The only downside was there was construction going on during the time we stayed so we couldnt use the outside seating and it got a bit noisy at times during the morning. Overall I would stay here again.

This property was, darling, safe and quiet; easy to find, easy in and out, easy check in! The owner, Clodi , could not have been more thorough and accommodating during my stay. She was pleasant and attentive at all times. The attendant for the room was available daily And took great care of the property. The bed was the most comfortable that I had during my seven weeks day in Florence. I had several accommodations throughout the city during my stay and this one was the highlight of all of them. The courtyard was very sweet, The room was well appointed. I had one of the private rooms not the apartment and so my situation was kind of like a hotel room but much better! I would absolutely recommend clodi’s rooms and I will definitely stay with her again! Completely delightful! Thank you, clodi!

Such a sweet place in a quiet part of Florence. Most comfortable bed in three weeks of traveling in Italy. Great shower. Easy to walk to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. The owner was kind and accessible. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I am in Florence.

Drom Florence was a dream come true! Tucked away on the quieter south side of Florence, it's a beatifully decorated B&B with every amenity you could need. Italian breakfast of coffee & croissants each day, immaculately clean room, large comfortable bed, and a bright cozy space that really helps you feel like you're on holiday. Claudia was a very responsive and accomodating host and she made us feel so welcome in Italy! Highly recommend this gem of a stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here and LOVED it! Claudia, the host, was amazing. We had an urgent situation where I needed medical assistance and she drove us to the hospital in her car and stayed there with us for hours. She is beyond helpful, selfless, and truly loves her guests! The room was perfect, spacious, and very clean. Antonio was great and also super helpful. If we ever go back to Florence we will definitely stay here again! Best B&B ever!

10000/100! My partner and I stayed here for a week to celebrate his birthday, and it was one of the funnest abroad trips we’ve done so far! Quiet, yet very convenient area; close to all the key areas of Florence were walkable (15 min-ish from Duomo). Our host was also the best! She was very communicative and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to my breakfast preferences. Her colleague, Antonio, also helped maintain the room cleaned up when we were out enjoying the town. Would definitely stay here again! :)

This "home away from home" exceeded our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and even welcoming us with a basket of local treats. There were extra amenities like a washing machine, heated towel rack, and a moka pot with freshly ground coffee. It was away from the dense tourist area, but easily walkable to many shops and sites.

I stayed at Drom Florence for five days in November 2024 and loved everything about it. The room was spotless, spacious and well appointed, with a stocked beverage fridge and traditional decor. Claudia and Antonio were amazing hosts and communicated regularly about my stay to ensure I always had everything I needed. The daily turn-down service ensured I always returned to a spotless room after exploring Firenza and other locations around Tuscany each day. The location was quite and amenities such as laundry, markets, restaurants and coffee shops are all within a two minute walk. Other key attractions like Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery are a five minute walk away. The neighborhood always felt safe and clean at all hours of the day and night. 10/10 - highly recommend - would stay here again!

Peaceful and tucked away

Spacious and peaceful, very near Boboli Gardens, a good Km walk to the Arno, but plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Piazza Santo Spirito we enjoyed hanging out in. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Super clean and very cute room...felt like a little bungalow on a courtyard. Our favorite of the trip.
