The room felt very sparce one 2 seater small sofa. 1 very small dining table. No mirror in the bathroom. We spent all the time in the bedroom very dissapointed if im honest.

We know it was a comfort house but there was no plug for the bath ,the tv didnt have a good reception until sunday pm wifi was infrequent,and for the price paid we would have expected towels supplied ,was very basic compared to previous four stays at the bay ,was however very clean

The site itself is beautiful however we left a day early due to loud noise. The upstairs neighbours banged dragged and stomped about till around 3 in the morning . Outside door banging till early hours every night, someone going in and out. . Then workmen banging doors all afternoon one day, we couldn't keep the dog calm . To top it all off we were knocked up by the police in the early hours on Thursday and that's when we called it a day 😪 we just needed a few quiet days away and it just didn't work out. The pool is like a building site as they are working on it. I guess we were unlucky.

Accommodation was lovely, everything you needed and super convenient. Cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming. We checked in at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful - food was pub food and pretty good. The beach was nearby and stunning - the path down is steep but worth it.

A great kitchen and lounge area troubled only by noise of passing traffic, but this died down at night, and, if the dishwasher was run, the drawbacks of open plan living were clear so I ran it at night and wasn't troubled. A nice quiet bedroom ensured a good sleep and I could figure out how to use the TV in this room! I will be happy to revisit this site as it was convenient to walk into Filey from and it would have been possible to walk to Bempton Cliffs too.

Good clean room. Dish washer,tv in room and bedroom.washing machine,microwave, central heating. Good bar to take dog in .Could do with more on menu for evening meal,overall was very pleased with our stay and a woof from charlie.
