Beach villa situated in Praia de Faro, in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. Single family house, with three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with a bunk bed) and two bathrooms, one with ceramic radiator heating. Master bedrooms (2) with air conditioning, the other with electric radiator. Living room with fireplace and air conditioning. Rooftop balcony with magnificent sea view, dining table for 10 people and relaxation area. We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely house by the sea! The heat kept us warm on the cool December nights. The roof top terrace gave us a place to sun and enjoy magnificent sunsets. There were books in the house to enjoy. There were two nice places within several blocks each way to have breakfast and lunch! Could not asked for a better host, very responsive to our needs. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

Nice property, right on the beach. Good beach bars

The description of the property and its location to the beach was perfect. I really thought there would be one or two properties scattered on the sand dune. I was surprised to find the area very built up and busy. Unfortunately, or holiday dates coincided with a yearly motorbike rally. Some of the bikers were very noisy, making their engines screech, loud music. The bikes parked everywhere, even along the wall to the property, it was almost impossible to walk up the road to the shop and ferry because of all the parked cars and bikes. We had 2 days at the end of the holiday when things calmed down. This was definitely not the relaxing holiday myself and my niece anticipated.

Perfect middle of winter stay.

This was a great central location to tour the Algarve region. Even though it was too cold to swim. 60s still nice and the house is right there on the beach. Our dogs loved the enclosed yard and the beach. We had plenty of room and the rooftop is very special. We did cocktails and sunset daily. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Fabulous Winter Holiday in Praia do Faro

We were greeted in person with holiday cheer by the property owner on arrival and he stayed in communication with us throughout our stay. The house was very cozy and perfectly situated next to the ocean side on Praia. We relaxed for many days during the Boas Festas season this year. It was quiet and a lovely way to spend Christmas Day with each other, enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets from the rooftop of the house. While it was a bit chilly, this calm, restful and reflective time of the year was exactly what we were looking for. The house has all the amenities to make you feel at home away from home and get as much - or as little - exercise and entertainment as you need while traveling. Obrigado for a lovely stay Bruno & Paulo!

Amazing stay!

Fabulous property in prime location on the beach. We were met and given a personal tour of the house.. great communication. Loved the property.. the photos did not do it justice. The rooftop is downplayed in the details and is probably the most fantastic feature of the house.. it can be used all day with the breeze and the shade. There are few places we have wanted to return to.. we like to explore.. but would love to stay in this house again!

Relaxing Respite

We loved our sojourn at this house. The weather was a little gray and cool while we were there and we still loved getting to relax in this beautiful home. The rooftop alone is worth the price. We also loved being so close to the beach. The house is extremely well stocked and we made good use of the kitchen. We recommend grabbing a meal at the little cafe next door, too. Their pastries are fantastic, and you can easily feed 2-3 people with one toasted sandwich and an order of fries.

Rooftop splendor

This house did not disappoint. The rooftop is a great place to catch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and being on the beach.

We enjoyed the location, restaurants, beach BUT the bed in the second bedroom severely needs to be upgraded. It is basically a tired mattress /box spring sitting directly on the floor. May be fine for surfers, but anyone else may have issues getting in/out bed.

Beautiful

Amazing place. One of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying at if not the best and we have been around the world. Bruno has the house outfitted with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and if you need anything you can text him and he answers almost immediately. We had a problem with the sink and texted Bruno and the next morning his maintenance person—Paula showed up and she fixed it for us. The whole roof is like a patio deck and you can sit up there and watch the ocean and people while having a drink or even have supper up there as there is a huge table and chairs. We also spent most nights up there watching the sunsets which are always gorgeous. There are a couple of great restaurants very close and lots of cafes for morning coffee. Bruno has 2 bikes there and it is about a 10 minute ride to the Pingo Doce where you can get all your groceries at great prices. There is also a ferry that will take you into the heart of old Faro that runs every hour most of the day. If you are coming to the Algarve contact Bruno because his house is the place to stay. Excellent beach house stay in Faro

We loved it. Right on the beach with all of the amenities. Great communication. Well done Bruno! Our first time.to Faro, the Algarve or Portugal. Weather was mostly great for early February. Great prices, most restaurants and shops were open. Plenty of walking and sightseeing. Friendly people especially considering the tourist volume in high season. The only issue was the prolific graffiti, mostly in the old town. Aside from rhat, it was beautiful too.

Perfect spot in Faro

Everything you will need is there for a relaxing time on the beach-side. When the weather is good, the roof terras is the place to be with great view on the ocean. In a small supermarket on walking distance you can buy all the basics and there are good restaurants for diners.

I wish I never had to leave. Your home is very inviting and I really felt so comfortable. Everything you need is there to unplug and really relax, but just walk off the property to restaurants and beach walks. So amazing I hardly have words. Just go!

Unbelievable location

This property is right on the beach and offers unmatched 360 degree views of the area. Restaurants, terrasses, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Parking was not as difficult as we thought it would be. We highly recommend this property!

Simply Beautiful!

We stayed for only three nights, but what a wonderful 3 nights they were. The property was lovely. There we’re many restaurants and two small markets within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was spectacular, the hose was well equipped. It was great having a washing machine.

Lovely beachside property

We had a great short stay in this well appointed spacious property. The location is right on the beautiful sandy beach. The roof terrace gives lovely views across Praia de Faro. We used the bikes to explore and fetch groceries. We will definitely come back. Thanks Bruno and Paulo.

Best location on the best beach in Faro

Great roof top terrace where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon when the sun went down. Fabulous little cafes and restaurants within walking distance so you never have to leave the island. Sea kayak, water toys, grill, washing machine, this place has everything. Is an eclectic looking place with a beach feel. We enjoyed our time here it was a great way to wind down a long trip to Portugal.

Excellent location

We loved staying here! Great location right on the beach. Paulo and Bruno are excellent hosts, they were able and willing to help us with changes to our booking due to the corona virus. It was unfortunate for us that most everything around us was closed due to the pandemic, but we still really enjoyed walking the beach and hanging out on the top deck. We hope to come back under better circumstances...

We had a lovely time walking the beach at Praia de Faro — Hiking in the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa — Sunsets atop our villa — Coffee and snacks at Ze-Zea. The time went too quickly and we would love to return.

Amazing beach house with outdoor living!

The hosts and their home are wonderful. The beach loop to the board walk was done each day for a two hour walk/exercise. The local restaurants were fabulous. Highly recommend this amazing home! The kitchen is well equipped—we bought squid at the local market and made an amazing appetizer before dinner out.
