Too hot!

Told air conditioning wasn't working on arrival but could open windows. Windows didnt open. Small fan available which did nothing. Hardly slept as room so warm and stuffy. Furniture looked old and bed frame had a rip in it.

A spacious hotel, comfy beds and nice bathrooms, if a little dated in places. Only a one night stop for a family occasion, really well positioned in the city and easy parking (although chargeable).

Friendly staff and lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi and was disappointed to hear there was a £10 charge per person. This seems wrong when he you are staying overnight as a hotel guest. Hotel in great position for shopping, cathedral and the quay.
