The lady at check was super friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

The property look clean, but there was a weird smell in it. We did not stay because the smell was a little too much so we ended up leaving, but overall the property itself look very nice. The property manager was helpful. Unfortunately, the smell of the property was of concern due to our allergies.

We love to stay here. It’s consistently clean & always a good nights sleep.

A beautiful little cabin on a lovely property with horses and goats wandering freely. Tom and Beth were friendly and accommodating and let us play with the baby goats - so cute! Great anniversary weekend getaway for me and my wife.

The overall check in process was fine however having booked through “hotels.com” I did not realize this was going to a motel. The room and property itself were in decent condition. Unfortunately, when we pulled back the blanket on the bed the sheets had yellow stains in the middle of the bed. Due to the condition of the linens and not wanting to waste money buy booking another place last minute, we chose to sleep in our clothes for the night. The next morning I went to shower and discovered while drying off that there were similar yellow stains on the towel. The guy at check in was nice, the place was decent, but the cleanliness was not good. In my opinion, if you can’t get stains out of towels or sheets then you don’t continue to put them in the room.

Awesome location! Cleanliness was seriously neglected. Hosts are elderly and this may be too much for them. No King size beds as advertised and no reception on TV's. The pool was full of leaves and railings were unstable as were railings on seps into cabin. The grounds need serious care and clean up, as did the porch and furniture. It was like a camp that hadn't been used for a long time. Mice were seen running in the loft and there was mouse feces all over down stairs. We stayed one night and left the next day and notified the host. Nice people, but they need someone to manage this property and do a thorough cleaning and an update to the amenities available. Please let me know how to proceed. I was really looking forward to this stay and am seriously disappointed. Thank you, Bob Crotto
