Yes all great for a low price my grandson's had tournaments the weekend at Parsons sports ranch 20min away the view was nice there & back 40 min to Waco

I was really impressed with the staff and condition of the rooms. I will most definitely be staying here again when we return of our next event in December.

Paid upfront on hotels.com show up at the property charged me a “deposit “ then 3 days later the charge went through. We stayed there one night for a total of about 10 hrs . Take your business elsewhere

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It made the space uncomfortable to stay in, and the odor did not go away even after some time. I contacted the front desk to see if we could move to a different room, but unfortunately they told us no other rooms were available. I also asked about the possibility of a refund because the condition of the room made the stay unpleasant, but that request was denied as well. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because we were stuck in a room with a bad smell and were not offered a room change or any kind of compensation.

Had such a great time at this property! The hosts were so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.
