We booked a Pet-friendly room, which was comfy and in a quiet part of the hotel. Breakfast has been included in the room’s price. However, variety is super basic: cereal, oats, muffins, sausages in a lot of fat/oil, plane omelet. I think it’s good match of price and what you get for it. Btw, staff was amazing! 10 out of 10 for sure.

We wanted to thank you for your assistance with our recent incident while staying in Eugene. Our passenger side window was shattered during the night by a thief who made off with $3 in coins. We’re not allowed to mention specific names in these reviews, so let us just say that the entire staff was all very helpful in getting security video to the police, allowing us to stay an extra night at a discounted rate, and cleaning up the glass both in and outside of our car. Thanks to all the staff for your concern and service.
