Very large hotel which made it a long trek to the room. Very dated. Our bathroom had not been cleaned and despite asking for room service to clean it, after their visit it was still only marginally better and evident that they had not cleaned the shower or bath (based on purple shampoo on the tiles and dirt on the bath that I then easily removed with a wet tissue).

The room/mini apartment was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great - except when I arrived at 8.30pm there was no food available (restaurant was closed). This should be made clear as I had nothing to eat! Not such a big deal for me but if you were travelling with hungry kids...... Other than that a great stay!

This property is spread over a large area and has a mixture of hotel accommodation. We had a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself was clean having various depths of water suitable for children and those wishing to swim. Plenty of sunbeds and substantial sunshades. Lovely variety of restaurants which all had a takeaway facility. Mini mart for those with self catering accommodation and some clothing shops. The beautiful beach and sea is within 5 minutes walk. Would certainly recommend this hotel .

I was disappointed in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and had a street view from our balcony. The bathroom was for the disabled and the floor flooded every time we had a shower. My vanity bag was on the floor initially, as there was no room on the vanity to place it. The floor was not shaped specifically for runoff. There was no coffee table in the lounge for placing drinks, books etc. /if the room was meant for disabled access, why was it 180 steps from the lift? I must say the staff were wonderful though.

Lovely accomodation, great facilities and overall beautiful to be at. I also want to do a special shoutout to them as I was on a business trip which the rain cancelled, so they allowed a complimentary late check out for me so I could continue working from my room until I could check in to my next place. Shower wasn’t clean, balcony had moss growing. Bergeron tv didn’t work no signal all 3 days.. Staff were clearly not expecting us.. when I said I had a booking they gave us a filthy look. Like we didn’t belong.. ok clearly not a “rich person look” but that doesn’t make us less of a guest.. when we asked where breakfast was served. Different staff member needed to check our booking prior to giving us information. We had stated we were booked for breakfast. Requiring to check our booking first made us feel uncomfortable like we hadn’t booked.
