Property is beautiful, lacking was TV, AC unit. We had a very hot night. Didn’t sleep well. One bunk bed has boogers on the mattress pad. Hallways smelt like urine.

We loved the area! The youth groups were noisy VERY early and left their garbage in the common area, unfortunately. The grounds are well-maintained and stunning!

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful, we were able to navigate to the national park much more easily because of the tips given to us. Only thing they don’t have is a microwave in the room, no ac, and no tv. Other than that, we got into town fairly easily. We did not know this but you can use their facilities for the kids, huge bonus if you have time for that.

Many Buildings!!! Go for Room with Breakfast options. They have many rooms like economy standard luxury etc which Expedia did not call out. this is our first time Visit to National park in June and we were looking for one night stay in estes park and very very few options were there , almost every hotel is min 2/3 night stay minimum. This one offers one night stay which costed us 230+ bucks for double room which has two queen beds and refrigerator. Got balcony but we got basement/ ground floor rooms. Pros: Location, Breakfast , Playground , 10 mins to Beaver meadows entrance. Cons:No A/C No ceiling fan ,suffocating in the room . So check with hotel to select right room of your choice. Economy rooms have queen bed and two bunk beds to accomodate more people but its suffocating little bit. Breakfast buffet is the BEST, we got it included with standard room but you can pay and eat as well , its 10$ per person.

Beautiful area and safe environment. Room was spacious but had a few problems: Refrigerator kept making a banging noise once in a while throughout the night. The toilet was not securely fitted so each time you stood up after sitting on the toilet, it would make a loud noise against the floor. The toilet tank lid was too small for the toilet. There was some pulsating noise throughout the night also.

Horrible stay, room have more humidity, hot..beds are more noisy, no refrigerator, no microwave, no iron, bathroom also so old and very cozy! I dont think we can come back again and stay!
