The rooms were very clean and had all the basics. Location was great very close to RMNP and food spots. The cleaners were very good and serviced our room everyday which was great. The place itself is very outdated and the bed was hard.

First the jacuzzi didn’t work, it turned out to be the ground fault circuit was thrown, second no room service on first full day. Then our key didn’t work after a long hot day out shopping and walking, even the master key didn’t work. New door lock assembly, all good. Third day key not working again, got it fixed. Nice place, nice employees and management and maintenance crew. But stuff happens and we had a great stay. I’d go back!

Super cute property and hotel. Feels more condo like. Lots of spacious sitting areas outside on balconies // couches, chairs. A few fire pits around. Feels very Swiss and welcoming. A short drive to the town and national parks. But a great place to come back to rest each night! Basic continental breakfast included.

The hotel was very basic and ok for the price but there is nothing fancy. Our second night there we discovered a pillow (that we slept on) that had a blood stain on it. We threw this pillow on the floor with the stain clearly visible and they put the pillow back on the bed when they made the bed! The staff member we spoke to at the front desk was very nice and shocked by the stain. That is the only reason I did not rate it one star. Obviously this raises concerns about how thoroughly they cleaned the room prior to arrival.

This was the most adorable property. Felt like family, super nice staff, clean rooms, s'mores at night around the fire pit (provided by the inn), grab and go breakfast...Cannot wait to visit again. Only negative was the family in the room above that let their kids run and stomp around all the time. Not the fault of the hotel.

the bedroom was small, and has one small window that had traffic ( people) walking right next to it all times so not nice to open the curtains. room was located in the last building in the back on the first floor. the bedsheets were clean and bathroom was ok despite very old. the shower door did not close properly. there is parking included. the breakfast was all sweet nothing savoury (mostly cereals and milk) this place was rather dissapointing.
