Book Estate Mount Pleasant East 2 hotels

There was no breakfast scheduled. They did not offer an explanation. They hosted a prom on Saturday evening and the guests were basically ignored during the evening and morning after. The food was not appetizing!! The rooms were clean, however, we realized that the sliding door would not lock. Maintenance came to take a look nonchalantly and left without a solution. There was no security latch on the front door as well. We packed up to leave and was offered another room. That room was freezing at 16C, and there was no way to adjust it. The internet was down most of the stay. Needless to say we clocked out around 9 o’clock instead of 11 o’clock. They were busy cleaning up from the previous night. No apology was given.

From the time we booked to checkout, the experience was absolutely excellent. Delia ensured we had everything we needed even before we areived. During our stay Melissa, Angela, Paula and I know I'm leaving someone out provided a great bar and good experience. We were there during a slower time so it felt like we had a private resort. The beach is beautiful. We will definitely choose to stay there again on our next trip.

As always, the staff were amazing and professional, and very helpful! We really appreciate them, and my sister and I enjoyed our stay!

This is a quaint hotel. Right by everything downtown. The staff is gracious and friendly. Highly recommend.
