Staff was nice. First room had no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. In the morning I brushed my teeth and the sink filled up and wouldn’t drain and the refrigerator didn’t work. Moved me to a second room and that room had dirty towels.

Parking Parking Parking. This is a real problem that could easily be resolved by Hotel Management. It is insufficient and we and many others had to circle and circle without any hope of a space. When I let the Front Desk know of the issue they were aware and then gave me a parking permit for nearby parking behind the hotel. THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT CHECK-IN! Very frustrating. Also need to embrace the Mid century architecture! The decor throughout the hotel and rooms is a mishmash of farmhouse, transitional furnishings. Why paint vintage brick battleship grey? Location is the biggest upside to this hotel as it allows walking to all of Cornings charming little downtown.

Checking in was not a good experience. Desk attendant was a little rude when we tried to check in 15 minutes before 4 pm. The exterior of the property is very run down. Our room was between two rooms that obviously have residents who live there full time. When we got to our room it was spacious and clean. We did sleep well and the price was very reasonable. It gives credence to the old adage, "You get what you pay for." I probably would not stay there again. It served it's purpose for a one night's stay.
