Room was clean and comfortable. The shampoo container in the shower was empty and I advised the desk when I checked out. There is no information on how to use the TV remote. I called desk and they didn't know and suggested I look up the Tech Support number on-line!?!? I did and the number listed for tech support was not tech support!
