The nation's capital, Washington, can be found roughly 1,050 kilometres to the southeast of Engadine.

Look for seashells to add to your collection back at home or try to spot critters like crabs and seabirds at Charlevoix Beach and Harbor Springs Beach. You'll find these glorious pieces of coastline 90 kilometres and 90 kilometres away, respectively.

Spend a leisurely day at Beaver Island. It's situated just 50 kilometres away from Engadine. Inhale the fresh, clean air and take some time to reflect.
