This hotel satisfactorily met our needs. The WC seat was very loose. I cannot imagine that this defect had only just happened and should have been dealt with previously but did not cause us much inconvenience. We think the restaurant menu lacked choices for patrons with eating problems

The property is well positioned in Ely, once parked everything is within a short walking distance. The staff were very helpful and the accommodation was very comfortable. The food was very nice and overall the whole experience certainly lived up to our expectations. We will certainly use this property again on our next visit to the area.

Great staff, take ear plugs

Excellent staff and room was clean enough Only gripe is the paper thin l lead glazed windows ( I’m guessing it’s a listed building) I could hear people talking and walking on the street 1 floor up Also very noisy road from 5 am until 11pm ! Tractors and bin Lorrie’s at 5:30am annoying as no soundproof windows or walls

Perfect

Great hotel for the night. Lovely big comfy bed. Great en-suite clean and large in size. It was a little warm during the night and took a while to work out the aircon but still have a fab sleep. Breakfast in the morning was lovely with amazing coffee and juice.

Although the property is in the centre of town, it was very quiet and calm. The room was amazing, plenty of space, comfortable bed and no noise heard from the pub or other residents. The menu offered was good with plenty of options as was the breakfast. I would not hesitate to stop there again when I visit the area.

A wonderful place! Great food (the breakfasts and the dinner menu) - and our room was clean, good shower, comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a trip to this interesting and beautiful area.
