PROS: -The free breakfast buffet options were excellent, with FRESH orange juice. -Vegetarian mushroom burger was delicious. -Room was clean and super quiet, even though it faced the highway. -AC was ice-cold. -Shower was hot with excellent water pressure. -The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to wake up. -The staff was friendly. -The shuttle to the airport was punctual and very convenient. -Good value for the cost. Breakfast and shuttle included in payment. CONS: -When I arrived downstairs in the morning, they said I had to sign up for the shuttle the night before, but no one told me that. -The woman at the front desk was not friendly. Overall: I would recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again the night before a flight.

The property is nice and the shuttle to the airport is great. But the service was not very good the phone in the room didn’t work, I have ent down to ask for extra pillows and asked about the phone and the guy said the even if it worked they didn’t have a direct number to call so just to call from my phone. Then water was filtered in the bathroom and I called several times and no one answered the phone so I went to the lobby again and the guy said I’ll have someone from maintenance go check on it tomorrow and no one showed up. Something I also did not appreciate was the cleaning crew just opened the door they don’t knock at all the scared me so bad, I think they should knock and announce they are there to clean the room because they don’t have the signs for the door to ask for no service
