I love staying in this place Its very safe & peaceful Security is on top of things & do a great job patrolling property however be ready to pay a deposit once you check in at lobby upon arrival This is a new requirement aside from booking online & deposit is returned once you check out Lots of new rules at this place now including pool waivers & send person must be present as well showing identification to check in as well Things were not like this in the past I will still continue to book here it’s just a longer process to check in & out now if you want your deposit back Safe travels everyone

Not as kind, lack of attention

On Mother's day the host was not kind to me and my daughter. She spoke English. She spoiled my day to enjoy myself so we ended up leaving after 14 minutes. Also, room service was not attentive to my room either, service took a while also. A nice hotel and some staff members are humble. This is the second night our food tray was left over night. Also, the waiter left the tab folder and forgot to get it after I paid in pesos. My change from my last order was never returned. I more than likely may not return as I did not feel welcomed here. Thanks to those who were kind.

All staff we’re amazing!! Had such an amazing time with my family. The restaurant on site is delicious. The only thing that would be helpful to let us know is that now you need a $137 dollar deposit. I was charged this in my account 2 hours before i even arrived to the hotel i had to call Araiza and ask why, i was explained that it would go back to my account in 72 hours. But other than that everything was amazing.

Great hotel

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff all around were great. Even though we didn't use the pool because weather wasn't warm, the pool looked clean and inviting.

Great stay

Everything was great. Only thing to complain about is remote for tv was not working good. Always stay here when in Mexicali. Buffet is insane and delicious!
