Hotel is located in a great location - lots of places to eat and things to do in the immediate area. First impressions are great - beautiful lobby, kind and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean, but looking a little tired and in need of a refresh.

Booked a deluxe with two queen beds (family of 4). Checked in at 7 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready. After a few questions, the front desk staff admitted they oversold that room type and only had 2 double bed rooms. Brutal. Felt like an airline selling more seats on the plan than exist.

It was a pretty standard Westin setup which was good. What wasn’t so good was our room with no hot water (tepid at best).
