When I booked I messaged the hotel to let them know we would be traveling with a person in a wheelchair. I never got a response back. Room was tight for him. It served its purpose. Doing some renovations maybe and was loud at 7:30am. Staff was helpful once we checked in on how to get around and to Roger’s place.

The room was 5 star posh. Loved the pool but the stairs were a little hard to manage as i twisted my knee 2 days prior. Checkin and checkout were perfect. The hotel was close to everything. The area and Chop. Loved it all.

The parking at this hotel is absolutely terrible. The room wasn’t very clean, hair in the sink and on the bathroom counter when we arrived. The staff also aren’t overly friendly. The hotel is very run down and isn’t worth close to the price they charge for a stay. Very disappointed and won’t ever be back. I used to stay here all the time but it’s now a nightmare.

Stayed here after a nice dinner downtown and didn't disappoint, got a good black Friday deal on hotels so the very large room with a great downtown skyscraper view was less that 200 a night.

Dec 19, 2025. My stay was super disappointing. I’ve been to that location before and this time it was very bad. The tv and wifi in my room wasn’t working I tried everything and tried connecting the tv to my phone for a WHOLE HOUR and it didn’t work. After I decided to call the front desk staff and a guy picked up and was super rude over the phone and didnt help one and told me they didn’t have that problem with previous guest so it should work and was no help and told me he couldn’t help me. The bathroom tub was horrible the water doesn’t drain and makes a poodle while it showing. Horrible stay!
