The hotel is not up to the standards I have experienced at other Home2Suite hotels. There is no conditioner in the shower, you have to ask for it at the front desk. I would highly recommend to stop being so cheap and put it in each room. The quality of the shampoo, soap and conditioner were low low low end.. my hair has never been so tangly or my skin so dry. The fridge in our room was extremely loud that I couldn’t sleep and kids running in the hallways at 4am. Breakfast times are 6-9 which is too early for anyone on a relaxing stay. It seemed like the cheap version of Home2Suites, and when I brought up my concern of the fridge and lack of sleep, I was told the only thing I could do is talk to Hotels.com about it, which resulted in very unsatisfactory customer service from both the hotel itself and hotels.com.

Upon arrival two lights were not working in the room. Ask one of the housekeeping staff to inform maintenance people. Still not fixed next day until a very nice maintenance worker immediately fixed the problem. I was not able to do my report that evening and was upset. The breakfast is simply not appetizing nor is it appealing to look at. Coffee is excellent,
