Remote blackout curtain was half way down and would not completely close. Maintenance worker was very friendly but was unable to fix the curtain during our one night stay so we had to live with having the sunshine wake us up at 5am the next morning. We requested but were denied a room change.

Good place to stay to have your own kitchen.

Stay was ok. No hair conditioner supplied. Room cleaning is only every second day but they don’t tell you that til you check in. So on my four night stay there was only room cleaning once. Would stay again.

Very pleasant stay. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff and maintenance workers. We were always greeted with a smile. Bed and pillows were comfortable and being a suite, it was spacious with a curtain to separate the bed from the seating area so my husband could read without disturbing me. We chose this property as we stayed in it in the past several times and it was amazing. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time. The staff in the front desk was nice, but definitely, not the lady that serves the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast in general was not the best but was fine. The room was clean, but there was no blanket for my daughter although we booked the room for 4 people. We asked the front desk for one but they asked us to come down to take it. my daughter had to use a bath towel to cover for the first night. When my husband was taking a shower the shower gel finished. I sent my daughter down to ask them for shower gel as they were not answering the phone call. They told her that they would send someone to bring it. Nobody showed up. I had to go down myself to ask again. They again told me that they would send someone to change it. I insisted to take it with me as my husband was still waiting in the shower. Finally, I was given one. This should have been checked before we received the room. This was the first time feeling upset with our stay at this hotel and most probably will be the last stay.

Good Breakfast and clean stay

Good clean hotel. Fast check in and out process. Breakfast was decent, Waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches. Relatively quiet. Never made it to the pool but the workout room looked nice. Room was stocked nicely with kitchen items. Would stay here again.
