The room we booked had no control over room temperature, apparently it was controlled by maintenance, but there was no maintenance crew to be found in the room. Temperature was at 62°. I’ve never been in a hotel where the patron was not in control of room temperature.

The room, there was some wore areas of the older carpet, but otherwise the room was decent. Also ran into another guest who did not have an ice bucket in their room. The restaurant and lounge were amazing and the staff was so good with my toddler grandchild. Food was good portion sizes were big. Check in and check out were friendly and informative. It is an ok location but more an industrial area so walking to get a coffee (other than within the hotel) did not appear to be an option.

Despite being along a major roadway, the hotel was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room definitely needs some TLC - one of the outlets did not work, bathroom lights had a burnt out bulb and the taps were no longer properly bolted to the counter. The location was convenient for my purposes but I have stayed in better places in Edmonton for less money.

Stayed here many times. Always clean and comfortable. Safe location with good restaurant and lounge. Only disappointment was we booked a month early and asked for adjoining rooms which they said was no problem, upon arrival, they could not honor.
