I feel that the pet room we were assigned was terribly far from elevator. Was long walks to take our lil pups out for walks. One is blind. They are older. We could not find a trolley to pack and leave. We were told some people have them in our rooms. My husband had to make 4 trips to take our luggage out that long hallway!

This is a wonderful hotel, rich with history. The architecture of the building is absolutely beautiful starting from the lobby with it's high ceilings and massive fireplace. The hallways are wide, and beautiful, rich in texture with beautiful crown molling in with trimming everywhere, very detailed.. The furniture's in the bedroom are a 100% wood, Canadian made, rooms sizes are very generous sometime you dont see any more, and the décor is simply beautiful? This is my third time staying at this hotel and i always will whenever I'm in Edmonton.

Comfortable room, noisy neighbours.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had some very noisy teenagers on our floor running and yelling near midnight. Called the front desk and they took care of it. It would be nice if hotels didnt put couples on the same floors as families.

slightly disappointed in the yellow head location

I have stayed at Nova many times several at the yellowhead ‎Location multiple consecutive times at the location closest to Kingsway we stayed on a Thursday Friday night so it wasn’t super busy. We were informed the cleaning staff only cleans the room every third night however, if we wanted something we could request it from the desk as we did and picked up extra coffee and got some clean towels from the cart in the hall definitely seem to be lacking on the customer service end of the business restaurant was no longer open no complementary breakfast or breakfast at all. Highly unlikely will stay there again.

Chateau Nova Yellowhead

The king size beds are always so comfortable. The restaurant has a great selection of good food and drinks. It’s a little off the beaten path, but worth it!
