Is was super noisy in the morning waking us up. When I asked for my key to be fixed, the lady was not the most pleasant and was sort of rude about it, it was not even busy at that time.

Stayed here a few times - overall good experience. It's clean, the staff are professional and polite. However, it is an older property, so some of the rooms and furnishings appear a bit dated. I would stay again.

I had booked the hotel for my family of four as we were heading to the hockey game. The pull out hide a bed was in such rough shape that we had to put in on the floor as the springs were too uneven. The hotel ran out of bedding, and pillows and some family members we cold all night. They also only had two large towels in a room booked for four. No lounge either, or pool.

I can’t believe how old my room was. Really run down the rug and the bathroom was so so old and run down. The quality of the towels face cloth everything is just dollar store quality. And they smell terrible. I stayed here one time before and I don’t remember the room looking so rundown and old. Very expensive for what you get.

There are parts of the property that are looking a little run down, but the staff was excellent, the food was good, the bed was comfortable and the concierge lounge was very nice to have access to. I had an enjoyable stay.
