Front of house staff were always welcoming and friendly. Room was well equipped and spacious. Roof top bar had what must be the best views of Edinburgh. Fantastic design. Sadly had an issue with housekeeping which I felt when raised was not adequately taken on board. Let the experience of staying at the hotel down.

This is the best hotel in Edinburgh cant wait to return and the staff are all amazing. The breakfast is out of the world !. We really enjoyed the shopping around St James area and the restaurants are all great. The room was absolutely amazing we had a fantastic balcony and everything was new and fresh.

The W is fabulous in every way! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and the room was amazing. We had a superior room with balcony and it was fabulous, very funky with the bar and two bar stools! The lounge was very comfortable and the view from the top deck was truly amazing. AMAZING

From the second you walk into the hotel the staff are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Nothing was an issue for anyone and check in/out was seamless. The hotel oozes class with the rooms all modern and the on site facilities are fantastic. There is a selection of different cuisines on offer from the hotel restaurants and the roof top is not to be missed. We can’t wait to come back and fully experience the away spa and will definitely stay for more than one night.
