We booked 2 rooms. Room was nice and big as described. Both room had lots of carpet stains. Shower was very uncomfortable, having only 2 feet between wall and shower curtain was not pleasant, since there was no way to shower without curtain being against you. Check-in staff was OK but parking very limited.

We had a ground floor room and was a good size which allowed room for the double sofa bed for our son. The bathroom was kitted out for disabled but this made the bath and showers really narrow due to the safety handle on the wall. There were a few things in the bathroom that needed some old. Shelf for towels falling off. Edges of door and tiles a bit tired etc but overall a nice stay. We didn’t eat there as breakfast seemed expensive and we had already had to pay a lot extra for moving the stay due to my husband not being well so ate out for cheaper

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful amenities, was carefully considered. Breakfast was excellent. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. The receptionist I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay special. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Overall, Leonardo hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. this hotel is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return. ⭐
