This holiday inn is quite outdated and run down. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, had a sore neck the next day. Mattress was quite soft and bedding made us itchy. The leisure club closed fairly early with last entrance at 7pm so we weren’t able to use these facilities. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Hair dryer smelled like it was burning. Plug socket only on one side of the bed, not both,

The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again

The room was clean and a comfortable temperature, the bar was a bit expensive but thats to be expected. All in all a pleasant stay.
