Ealing accommodation with spa

2 Night stay to see daughter and grand daughter. Excellent from arrival to departure. Lovely hotel, very quiet and relaxed. Staff friendly and helpful. I normally just choose the easiest location for me. Must have tried about 5 different hotels in Ealing area. Don’t need to look around any more will definitely just choose this Ibis as long as they have availability.

My first priority is cleanliness, & that gets a 10/10. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little flat. No food options in the hotel. Teas, coffee, water in room for free. There is a lovely pub a short few minutes walk away & 2 grocery markets. North Ealing tube station is about a 5 min. walk from hotel. This is the Piccadilly line which takes you directly to Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, etc. The staff are super friendly, and accomodating. My TV didn't work in my very small single room, so the lady on the desk that night upgraded me to another room, which was much larger. She even helped me move all my stuff that I had already unpacked. I neglected to ask her name, but she'll know who she is if she remembers the tired Canadian, who just wanted to veg out on her first night in England. Ealing Broadway has many shops, including M&S, and restaurants is about a 20 min walk from the hotel. I can't speak for parking as I didn't use a car. Ealing seems like a safe area, the hotel was great, and everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent and the staff on the service desk were amazing and did all they could to make our stay easy

Really nice hotel. It was easy to park and it’s right on the Hanger Lane tube station. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast selection was really good. We were told breakfast was until 10.30 but we went down late one morning (so our own fault) and it was being cleared away at 10.15, just something to be mindful of. Would stay again, lovely weekend spent there.
