Pools and jakuzi were cold. Service at the hotel was good. Needs improvement at the beach side for service. Def not a 5 star hotel. I would say its more like a 4 Star hotel. Will not return.

We loved everything. Room was perfect and spotless. It’s our 4th time staying here and we love seeing the same friendly, funny and helpful staff.
