Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great location not far from the nightlife near palm beach or the downtown area. Room we stayed in was newly renovated and was less than a 5 min walk from the pool and Divi beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were so friendly especially Erwin!! I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing resort.

Stove didn’t work, railing was broken and they fixed it with zip ties. The dryer burnt our clothes and almost caused a fire, all talk no action. Very disappointing that carol didn’t talk to us and the manager hasn’t responded to the email address she typed into my phone herself. Internet was very shotty and tv didn’t work in the bedroom. Too many disappointments. Was hoping for better communication.
