Nice location, just across from St. Stephen’s Green. Modern amenities. Nice bar area. Have stayed at the Green Hotel several times during past visits to Dublin. It does not disappoint.

Not a great stay

A really good location and clean hotel. This was our second time staying there. Our problem was room service on the first night ended at 9:30pm. But on the TV page it said until 10pm. When we called the kitchens were closing and they wasn’t prepared to do anything to provide us with food. The receptionist didn’t believe me and had to come to the room to see for herself. She was apologetic but it wasn’t her doing. It was marketing’s fault. But still no food. We did get two small cakes the following day for highlighting their mistake. The off site parking for two days was 62euros which I suppose in a busy city was ok. Probably will try another hotel next time we visit Dublin

The hotel is convenient to so much in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The executive lounge was dark and warm unfortunately. Jose was extremely helpful when we checked in. The only negative was that we were told the rooms would be ready by 3 but they weren’t. It would have been better to have them tell us go ahead with your day and we will call/text when it’s ready.

Fabulous stay - great location near Stephen's Green, the tram, the Dublin Express bus from the airport. Walk to Grafton Street, numerous pubs, restaurants, Gaiety Theater, and Iveagh Gardens/Rose Garden. We had a beautiful room facing the front of the hotel (ask for these) as others reported facing a wall. Large operational window can help regulate the temperature if you like. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to get a room ready early for me when we arrived early from the airport. No microwave available, but small frig, coffee/tea/biscuits. Room and bathroom size lovely. The A/C was a little flaky, but we figured it out. Only wish that there was a separate sheet on the bed other than the duvet because the duvet can get hot. Breakfast was very nice and convenient & served in the Atrium, which was great for people watching. If you can't get there during their hours, just let the staff know the night before and they'll pack you a breakfast. Ask for a latte or a cappuccino if it suits you. Oatmeal (porridge) is available if you know to ask. The yogurt is so much better than we get in the US! Loved this hotel and their little treat of chocolates was a nice touch. If going to Dublin, this is a great hotel to stay in!

A great location with a really great room. You can walk almost anywhere, and it is lovely to step out into the park. The bar is great also!
