Good enough

The hotel was ok. Parking was a bit of a disaster. We paid the 25EURO for parking for the night only to find that the parking lot was full. We had our bags plus two kids, so we parked in what we thought might be a space and got ourselves into the room. When we went down to move teh car, someone had blocked us in. We spoke to the front desk who said there was no way to know who was blocking us in, however they sadi our car was fine where it was and would maybe be unblocked in by the morning (luckily it was). There was alternative parking around 10 minute walk away. The room itself was fine, but there was old food found under both beds so not the cleanest room. Close to Guinness Storehouse which was nice for a visit. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Last time was 5 years ago. The rooms are nice but small. The shower is a walk in with a partial glass wall. It is close to impossible to keep the water from escaping. U can see the water damage on the bathroom door. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. I will say that I was disappointed with the breakfast. The bacon was dry and the eggs were runny. Often they were out of coffee. They offered less items then in our previous visit. The staff was friendly. At the bar in the evenings different bar tenders could only make certain drinks. So depending who was working determined what I could order. The location is convenient to the hop on hop off bus and a few attractions.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel nice room however room 414 did have a musty smell to it. Didn’t raise it with staff coz we were only booked in for two nights and didn’t arrive till late and didn’t want to waste time on it. Just sprayed a load of deodorant everywhere!

Good hotel, convenient location

The hotel itself was fine. Small room, but that's common for a city hotel. Like a lot of hotels in Ireland they charge for anything extra. I'd stay here again, though there was also nothing that made the hotel stand out.
