Good location for exploring Dublin - 5 minutes walk to the main Temple Bar area. Good pizza restaurant across the road (Pi). Breakfast - standard Premier Inn breakfast. Only 1 coffee machine so queues. Two toasters both very slow. Staff polite. Room - beds terrible, old style mattress very hard and springy so woke up with back and hip pain. Air con turns itself on at 6am. Water pressure in sink very low. Bins not emptied when we asked for the room to be cleaned.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Was very pleasantly surprised that the rooms were very quiet given how busy and noisy the street below is.

Great location in Temple Bar area so very walkable to city center! Even though we prepaid, we were asked to take a smaller room on arrival. We were given 1 hand towel for a three night prepaid stay and only 1 card because they were short that day. No perks like complimentary hot tea/coffee, nor anywhere to relax. Only 1 chair in the room. They can do better.
