Downtown Memphis accommodation with pool

The staff was super helpful and kind! Sheets and room were also very clean, hotel was overall a really cool space. And quiet. It was a little weird because Hyatt Caption has now merged with Hyatt Centric, so you essentially have to check in at Centric and walk to the Caption side. There was a really great sitting space and a bar on the Caption side but it (bar) was not in operation. You have to go to the Centric side. The hotels are adjoining, so not a huge deal. But there were specific reasons why I chose to stay at Caption and not Centric. That said, it’s within a short walking distance from Beale Street, a handful of restaurants, and a coffee/bagel/pastry shop (Hive) nearby.

Beautiful and clean property. Easy, in and out valet. Kind and helpful staff. Right by Beale Street and all the fun! Honestly it’s the perfect place to stay while in Memphis!

This property hits every time! We love to stay there. Clean, convenient, excellent service. Hits on all levels!
