Alternatively, you could make your way 25 kilometres away from central Dongshi to the EVER DELIGHTFUL BUSINESS HOTEL.

After more options? Hole up like a rockstar in Douliou (just try not to wreck the joint). Sitting 50 kilometres away and home to Linnei Park and the Hushan Temple, it's sure to be a trip to remember! If you'd like to visit Douliou, look into the rates at the Tai Shinu Hotel and Grand Earl Hotel. 55 kilometres to the west of Dongshi you can also stay at Huxi, home to the Remember Bed and Breakfast and Loving Hut Paradise Island Vegan B&B. Heaven Lake and Penghu Aquarium are popular places to check out for those visiting Huxi.

Magong is situated 60 kilometres away from Dongshi and has a population of 56,000. When you're in the area, you'd be crazy if you didn't take a trip to Dongwei Stone Carving Park, Shanshuei Beach and the Penghu Living Museum. The Penghu Reclamation Hall and Peichen Temple are a couple more attractions which are sure to offer up some photo ops. There is a good number of places to stay in Magong, with the Seng-Kuo Hotel and MF Hotel Penghu topping the list.
