Cozy and convenient, very walkable

This hotel is actually a half hour away from the airport, but it's well priced and the staff are friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Easy walk across the road to Pharmaprix, IGA, Walmart. There are also several good restaurants within 1km (closest is about 250m from the front door).

I stayed at the Comfort Inn, Montreal Airport, because of its convenience when I had functions on the West Island. The price is reasonable, and its location is close to shopping areas and has easy access to highways. The included breakfast is convenient for a quick bite and provides sufficient time to organize one's day.

They say they reimburse taxis since there is no airport shuttle but even with a receipt they don't honour it. They have a very bureaucratic process that they don't communicate it. So unless you follow their 'uncommunicated process' you are out of luck. This is not an airport hotel.

We stayed for an overnight layover in our flight. They paid for the taxi back and forth from the airport and had a tasty, free breakfast. The staff at the desk both at night and in the morning were so friendly. Genuinely nice! It was a positive experience. Thank you!

Hotel with Heart

I was in town for a family medical emergency and the staff at this hotel were so kind and accommodating to our shifting time frames. In particular, Rudy and Matt were exceptionally helpful. The hotel itself is nice, the included breakfast was appreciated and offered diverse options. I recommend this hotel overall and appreciate their hospitality and commitment to customer service.

Free parking and free breakfast was a plus, the rooms were nice, the bathroom fan needs to be replaced it made a loudy noise liked going to out. And if u need a elevator they only have stairs that i seen but its only two floors.
