Book Dodecanese Islands hotels

The room was spotless, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the beach view was decent. The beach is a short walk from the main resort area, you have to walk out of the resort, cross a small road and enter the beach. The beach was rocky and not smooth. The bars were great, staff paid attention to details.

Everything from check in staff and amenities especially Dimitri at breakfast , Maria Guest Relation who always come and check us if we are ok whenever she is around . Good restaurant around the area .

Only 3 of the a la carte restaurants open No a la carte option for breakfast or lunch (not as advertised) Only 1 bar open at night, the wine cellar and listening bar both closed Corporate booking on last evening meant the buffet was closed without any communication to guests, hotel offered a gala menu which was really poor (not sure why it was classed as a gala for guests!) No wine lists at any restaurant or bar No champagne available as it was last year No fresh pool towels all week App bookings did not work Tennis courts at Elissa not open despite booking coaching there, had to go to helea and play on a multisport area All feels like a sham, the marketing sells it as an Ikos equivalent but we experienced nothing like it, not sure how it can claim to be 5*

Enjoyed very much 4-days family vacation! Very friendly staff, heated pools, good food for all ages.

Breakfast was amazing, with allot of choices, live serene music, stunning views, room spotless, bed comfortable enough but on the softer side, have courtessy shuttle to take you around the property and into town, cmain pool was heated so very comfortable for May weather.

Great hotel near to the harbour of Rhodes town, I travelled with an American friend and with the exception of the room size she couldn’t have been more pleased with a European hotel. High praise if you have any idea how ‘spoiled Americans’ are when it comes to hotel service ;-)
