Beautiful Sky Haus

We absolutely love the Sky Haus and have had the pleasure of staying there multiple times. The property is beautiful setting in a perfect spot over looking the Sky Valley CC. We have already booked again for next year.

This was definitely in the top two places we have ever stayed on VRBO. Check in was super easy; communication was great, and the home worked perfectly for the 4 of us! The view from the huge decks was awesome! We cooked in every night and the kitchen was so well stocked, that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the comfy living room and the downstairs bar/family room. We absolutely LOVED the little chapel that's located in the resort! It chimed on the hour and half hour. At 8am it played the National Anthem and at 9:00pm it played taps. It was beautiful! Had to be on the deck to hear it, but we made sure we were! We can't wait to come back!

Fun times for mom/daughter/niece weeken!

We stayed for a mom/daughter/neice weekend and loved the home to pieces!! It had all we needed and more! We enjoyed the coziness, functionality of the kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and fun additions to staying in the area were a plus! The game room was a great fun spot for us as well as the porch with great view! We plan to come back with more family!! Thank you Sky Haus for an excellent stay!!

Excellent!

We visited Sky Haus for Spring Break 2025. This home is absolutely stunning! It’s large enough for everyone to spread out to have their own space, still be connected. It’s located close enough to Dillard, Mountain City, and Clayton that we were able to shop, eat, and explore the local offerings. We even took one day and drove to the casino in Cherokee, NC, which was only about 40 minutes away. Overall, we loved this place for a lot of reasons and would definitely stay here again We encourage everyone visiting this area to give Sky Haus a try!

Great House

This was our third time renting this house in Sky Valley. The unit was once again great. I think this is the best location in Sky Valley. There is a great view of the golf course and clubhouse and you are close to everything (tennis, golf, pool, etc...) Would definitely rent again.

Stunning Views and Accommodations!

Heidi, the owner, and Mark, the property manager, were amazing and bent over backwards to please. The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen! The views of the mountains from the living room are breathtaking. The gym, pool and tennis courts are right across the street. Muddy Creek Falls is at the end of the road a mere 15 min walk. Our guests loved having the downstairs all to themselves. It is the perfect house for entertaining. If we had not purchased a home while we were there I would be begging Heidi to take us back for another visit.

Beautiful house in an ideal location. Walking distance to club house, tennis center and beautiful waterfall. Pickle ball close by in the resort. Manager Mark and owners Scott and Heidi were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay!

First time at this property! It did not disappoint; it was perfect for our family of five! We had a great day at Scaly Mountain just 15 minutes away! The next day we rode horses at the Dillard's stables! It was just a really beautiful weekend and this property had everything we needed for cooking all of our meals and sleeping comfortably and feeling safe and peaceful! Would most definitely come again!!!

Absolutely perfect!

We have stayed in many different rentals across the United States and this was by far the best. Awesome location with so many activities on the property and near by for beautiful hikes. When we walked in and saw the dining table set with crystal wine glasses and cloth napkins we were blown away. The amenities in the home were plentiful from the soaps/shampoos to the towels ( included towels for pool) to the pillows and blankets. Beautiful views from deck and a church that played beautiful chimes! I hope to be back soon. We did not have time for the golf course but it looked to be in pristine condition.

Great Stay

Lovely property

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Owners included lots of thoughtful touches (extra blankets, very comfy bedding, lots of porch seating, tons of kitchenware, heat lamps in the bathrooms, two living areas, bar, game room). Everything was super clean and comfortable. Easy drive to Dillard and Highlands. We’d love to stay again!
