Room was great. The staff at the restaurants were AMAZING! The staff at the front desk were not super helpful and seemed confused. One of the elevators was out and we were on the 7th floor. The hot tub was not hot and the jets didn’t work.

Everything stood out as exceptional. St. John's is a first class resort in all respects. We ate in all three restaurants and the food and service were exceptional. We loved the beautiful art work and Christmas decorations throughout the resort. Our room was perfect. We look forward to our next visit to the Plymouth area!

Dirty nail scissors in the bathroom and the large lamp in the room is broken/loose at the base, so the lamp is leaning over. The power went out 1 hour after check-in and front desk staff was not very helpfull. No offering of flashlights or assistance; the hotel rooms were absolutely pitch black. Luckily the power returned after about 1.5 hours and we were able to enjoy our stay, but I was supprised with the lack of concern for the guests at the front desk. It made me wonder if safety measures are in place in cases of emergency.
