Room. Tv did not work. Was given another room tv did not work in that room either. Wash clothes were dingy. Hot water in tub only got lukewarm. I will not refer this hotel to no one! Nor will I ever stay there again!

The service here was great! The lady at the front was super helpful, as was the woman who helped with breakfast. The room was relatively clean, but NO wifi on the 3rd floor.

It was cold. Overpriced. Plus, if you’re a juggalo and you happened to be the quiet ones they still will kick you out based on a few people being just too loud. I want my money back

The room and halls were cold. When I requested a blanket the blanket was never placed in my room. And the breakfast was all cold food no meat no eggs.

For the most part it was fine. But there's no elevators so my elderly father had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to our room. There was only one tiny trash can in the room which was pretty inconvenient as well. There are large windows facing the hallway for some reason, gave a feeling of lack of privacy and security.
