Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Those were the only 2 positives. The vent was filthy. A used dental pick was under the sink. There was a brown substance on the walls of the fridge. There was no view of outside. The view was of the hall so the curtains had to stay closed. The water was cold and pressure was non-existent. I could barely take a shower. I was later told the water was shut off. The towels were dingy. The soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers were empty. The toilet was old & had a yellow stain on it. There appeared to be some unhoused people allowed to loiter &/or eat breakfast in the lobby. This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be called a hotel. It was more akin to a motel. It was more like a weekly rental place, such as the Extended Stay.

The towels and sheets were filthy. They were dirty grey. I had to go to the front desk to get a new set of washcloths which were still dingy. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk. There’s just a dial tone when you push buttons you get connected to no one so I had to use my cell phone. I went to the vending machine outside of the room to get a Sprite and a Mountain Dew came out, my husband wanted a Coke and a Mountain Dew came out. The staff are nice and pleasant but the cleanliness is horrible. Lastly, there are no elevators and we stayed on the third floor

Parking lot covered in all kinds of trash, one vehicle had two smashed windows. Blanket in room had cigarette burns on it, report and nothing done. Room had a very overpowering cleaner smell.

The room had a faucet that was completely loose from the sink. It was wobbling. I have a video one of the electrical plugs was completely loose inside the wall. One of the lights was plugged into that wall. It was blinking on and off all night 2 of the ladies. The ones in the morning had nasty attitudes. The one at night had a wonderful attitude. I'm talking about she left that one2 midnight. Cause the young lady that left that one2 midnight had a wonderful attitude. All the rest of them had nasty added at magnitudes. My lunch bag was stolen from the salami. As I was waiting for Chefing in The security guard was smoking doping. His parking lot of the Month in, I will not be paying one penny for this.I'm gonna cancel my my credit card and tell them that you guys fraudulently gave me a room that was not a room, but it was a rat's nest
